GUARANTEE & PAYMENTS:

All bookings will be instantly confirmed at the time of booking. No deposit is required to secure your reservation but we do require your credit card details. We accept Visa and Mastercard, please note a 2.9% surcharge applies on all card payments. Full amount is payable upon arrival. Your invoice/receipt will be emailed to you at the address provided by you, unless requested otherwise.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

  • Cancellation within 7 days of arrival date: 50% forfeit of the total booking value.
  • For group bookings of all 3 rooms (exclusive use) cancellation within 30 days of arrival: 50% of the total booking value.


A force majeure clause is in place for cancellations due to an event or circumstance that was not foreseeable and beyond the reasonable control of that party. Force majeure events include reference to war, strikes, acts of God, epidemics, and similar events.

RATE BOOKED:

Rates are based on one or two people sharing a room unless otherwise specified.


RATE INCLUDES:

Room, Tax of 15%, Breakfast Hampers each morning per room, full use of the heated swimming pool, spa, outdoor kitchen & lounge. Free onsite parking and EV charging.


ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIMES:

Check-in time is between 3pm and 8pm, but we are flexible so just let us know what you need, Check-out time is 11am, again we will try to accommodate as best we can if you would like a later check out.


CHILD POLICY:

Copper Black is an adults only luxury escape unless we are booked for exclusive use, in which case we can discuss.


ANIMAL POLICY:

For the moment no animals are allowed as we have our own Labradoodle meeter and greeter named Griffon. We will see how this goes and review the policy later in the year.


NO SMOKING POLICY:

Copper Black is a non smoking property both inside and out.


LIABILITY:

Copper Black will not be liable for any loss of personal property of the guest.

Copper Black is not responsible for medical problems encountered before, during or after the guest’s stay. Should any dispute arise, such disputes will be governed by the laws of New Zealand.


PRIVACY POLICY:

Copper Black are committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. Under no circumstances will our guests details be shared amongst individuals, nor be distributed to third party organisations without your consent. Credit card details entered are securely encrypted and all payments processed on our booking app is done through a certified PCI compliant payment gateway.
